My Current Resources/ Downloads

I’ve been sharing my story since 1996. I’ve done so one on one, in small groups or through formal speaking/ teaching engagements. As such, I’ve developed many themes and resources as our entire life is one chapter that leads to an eternity of spiritual lessons. Although God is my source, I am grateful for those who have mentored, coached, counselled, and consulted with me throughout my entire 53 years of life- but more so over these last 25 years. I call it my “Journey to Restoration”. Although I won’t share all the hundreds of resources I’ve received or developed in this time frame, I will share a few key ones that I’d like to share with you now:)

Holistic Restoration Wheel

This handout is a tool for us to explore together where you are at with integrated wellness. Self awareness is key to moving forward on your journey to restoration. I have found this to be a helpful resource for developing a plan with actionable steps towards a healthy relationship with God, self and others. Who I am in Christ

This is an at a glance’ handout that addresses our true identity “in Christ”. This contains paraphrases of some key truths that address our longings for love, acceptance, security and significance. This has been a literal lifesaver in my spiritual toolbox and I enjoy sharing this as a beautiful invitation to others on their journey to restoration.

Gods Story, Your Story

“The story begins with God, who has always been. He has always existed, and He has always existed exactly as He is now. If it seems confusing, it’s because He’s beyond what anyone can fully comprehend. God’s Story is glorious, surprising, victorious, and beautiful. His story, when we really listen closely, is our story. The best way to understand our story is to listen to God’s story.” - The Story

What gives me joy is empowering others to work through their own story. Understanding your own personal story is a powerful step of faith.I have developed a handout and a private Facebook Group to resource and equip others in story work.

Vision - Mission - Values

With launching two non profits in my community, I know the importance of developing clear vision, mission and values statements. I also understand deeply of separating your own personal identity from a corporate identity and love helping leaders understand this boundary. Although one can take full on credited courses or hire consultants to work with individuals or groups on this for multiple meetings, I have compiled a handout with some reflection questions and talking points to help with the process of taking a vision to reality. I am also available for mentoring and consultation but can also recommend others for more specialized industries or needs.

Spiritual Gifts

I’ve developed a resource on understanding spiritual gifts according to the word of God. I have taught this in a Sunday school setting for adults, but can be personalized to groups or individuals seeking to either understand more fully what spiritual gifts are in general or for personal awareness, mentoring in this area. My three part series delved into the themes of: Spiritual Gifts, What are they? We are the Body, Gifted as One, and Stewarding the Gifts.

I also include a shortened version recap of the book by Reese, Erik. S.H.A.P.E. “Finding and Fulfilling Your Unique Purpose for Life, 2008”. I added a 6th letter “D” to S.H.A.P.E. (Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Passion and Experiences) and took liberty to emphasize the need for “Desire” to serve God and grow in the knowledge of Him through the power of His Holy Spirit.

Reconciliation

It’s important to learn/ remember that there are different types of reconciliation: Relational, Personal, Financial, Spiritual. I have blogged about this topic during the pandemic:
